Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Dispatch
We dispatch from the UK and aim to send all in-stock items as quickly as possible. Most orders are sent using tracked delivery services.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, or peak periods.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout unless a product or order qualifies for free shipping.
Tracking
Where tracking is provided, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Stock availability
We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may be out of stock after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option of:

Multiple-item orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock location and packaging requirements.
Incorrect address details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Missed deliveries / returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was missed or the address was incorrect, we may charge the cost of re-shipping the order.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if anything is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.
